We also help you establish or stay with-in a budget sufficient for your envisioned project. In addition we can efficiently take you through often required local procedures such as planning board review and zoning board review.
DESIGN
We strive to combine your budget and vision to create a home, business or facility that is both beautiful and functional. Feeling design is subjective, we provide you with several working floor plan options and attractive facades (all meeting your design criteria) for you to select from.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
After you have established a design, our team goes to work creating detailed drawings and specifications that clearly state all the information needed to construct your project. These documents serve as a basis on which to hire a builder.
BUILDER SELECTION
Our office can aid in your selection of a builder. Through a bidding process you can receive and select from proposals submitted by several qualified builders. If you already have a builder in mind, we can facilitate negotiations as well.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Throughout the construction of your project our office can assist by making regular site-visits; ensuring your project is being built according to plan.
