27 Garden Street was the previous location of Edmond Loedy's office. The building's renovation into an office building and restaurant is unique in its trompe l’oeil treatment of the south façade, renovation of the west façade, and elegant interior spaces.  The project has become a downtown Poughkeepsie landmark and has appeared in the September 1996 issue of the “Hudson Valley” magazine and numerous newspaper articles.  In 1990 it received the Meritorious Achievement Award from Dutchess County.
